It started at a local school where 16 workshops were conducted to give practical knowledge of 16 career fields. These fields included tourism, arts, audio/video technology/communication, sales,distribution, manufacturing, information technology, agriculture, food and natural resources, health sciences, business management and administration

The sessions were moderated by college students or graduates who were pursuing the career fields mentioned
before. This allowed them to explore their respective field
and develop interpersonal skills. The project invited Army officers, successful businessmen and achievers from various fields to guide students. Several educational ours were also organized.
